With almost 20 years of experience, I excel in classroom facilitation, eLearning design, LXP/LMS administration, Adobe CC, and Articulate 360. My pedagogy includes a blend of Design Thinking, AGILE, Understanding by Design, Marzano, ADDIE, SAM, 6 D's of Breakthrough Learning, and Appreciative Inquiry. I prioritize a nurturing work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and encouraging collaboration with teammates to build a safe space for everyone.
